Planning and Consultation
The greatest results come from the most thorough planning. Our resources page is a great place to start when designing a new shower enclosure. We want to provide the most beneficial information possible so all our clients avoid potential setbacks during their builds or remodels. Besides our design resources, we encourage clients and contractors to send us plans early in a project timeline so we can offer our expertise and ensure optimal results.
Measuring
We have a love affair with precision measuring tools. We embrace technology and the use of lasers and other devices affords us the precise measurements we need for exacting fits of our glass. Since each job is made to measure, it's paramount that we have the most accurate dimensions before ordering glass. Our system for measuring ensures we deliver consistent and accurate results.
Ordering Glass
We create detailed cut sheets based off our dimensions which are sent to our fabricator for production. We have extremely stringent tolerances to ensure the optimum fit. Wall and curb outages are accounted for as well as tile features and other complex design elements so our glass fits seamlessly into any space. Once glass is received, each piece is visually inspected for flaws and all dimensions are checked. Any order that exceeds our fabricators tolerances are sent back and reordered.
Installation
The final step in the journey is installation. Our team members take extreme care when working on a job site or clients' residence. The room receiving glass is covered with moving blankets and drop cloths to protect finished surfaces. Installations vary in time depending on the complexity of the job—most units are completed within the same day.
